Upon your arrival to the spa, make sure to check-in at least 10 minutes before treatment to ensure there is enough time for preparation. Late arrival will limit the time for treatment thereby reducing effectiveness and pleasure. We would like to ensure that your treatment begins on time for the courtesy of all of our guests. We hold the right to refuse treatment to those that are under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
If you’ve arrived late for your treatment, we promise to accommodate your full appointment only if possible. Arriving late for an appointment will shorten your treatment time in order to accommodate the next guest.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
We will keep your credit card information on file for spa packages, multiple service reservations or appointments exceeding $100.

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa. You may pay gratuities to aesthetician or clinician in cash, directly. We employ only the most qualified spa professionals in the industry and ask for a standard gratuity for spa treatment of twenty percent.
If you have high blood pressure, any physical concerns, diabetes or pregnancy, make sure to notify our consultants before reserving your treatment. For your well-being, when we check you in on your first visit we will ask you to answer a short questionnaire before beginning spa treatments.
Guests younger than 18 need to be accompanied by an adult to receive any of our treatments.
For courtesy purposes, please make sure to turn off all cell phones and pagers and to speak quietly at all times so as not to disturb other guests.
We will terminate treatments immediately if there are any sexual advances made towards our staff.
